Prices quoted are effective for rooms booked before30th October 2011.
A deposit of one night stay is required,except bookings for School and Public holidays where a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.
Seven days notice of cancellation of reservation is required.
Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival date will incur a full cancellation charge unless otherwise agreed by management.

If the required notice is given the deposit will be refunded less a $25.00 admin fee.
